Council
In order to leverage the knowledge and experience and the varied perspectives of the achievers in the various walk of life to enrich the profound concept of “DIGITIAN” – The Council has been established. The membership of the Council are invitation based depending upon the requirement of experts in the particular field of economy. The Council experts are from Economist, Banker, Doctors, Engineer, Management Gurus, Agriculturist, Media Persons, Ad Gurus, Lawyers, Assurance professionals, IT Experts, Statisticians etc. The Council has its own charter and periodic meeting schedule. The council will not be more than 20 members. and The council members offer their service pro-bono. The council would meet virtually and one Offshore meeting for 2 days in a year. Every 5 years, The council reshuffles to maintain perspective on cutting edge break through and innovation.

DIGITIAN Manash Chakraborty
Manash is a Development Finance Guru with deep expertise in Corporate Finance, Corporate M&A, and distressed asset management. In his 35 years of experience, he has been in the management of the largest DFI of India (ICICI Ltd), CEO of Private Non- banking Finance Companies and also CEO of Technology driven Learning Company (ILFS Group) and Top Management position in the largest Distressed Asset Management Company of India (Arcil). In most job roles, he had implemented green field pioneering projects and made them successful.
He is an Electrical Engineer from Jadavpur Engineering College and Master in Financial Management from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management , Mumbai University. He has unparalleled experience in Large Corporate and SME, Technology and General Management
He lives between Mumbai and Toronto and serves in number of Boards and has his own investment venture.

DIGITIAN Martin J Mmary
Martin is an Expert in Fund Management and Corporate Governance apart from his vast Experience in financial sector in East Africa with deep expertise in financial management, financial accounting, corporate governance, Strategic management, Performance management, risk management and Credit management, In his 27years of experience, he has been in the senior management of a large Pension Fund in Tanzania, after a long stint,at the start of his career, in the Central Bank of Tanzania. He has been involved in delivering shareholders’ value and growth in a number of companies where he served as member of the board of Directors. Notable case is his involvement as board member and chairman of the largest Universal Bank in Tanzania, CRDB Bank PLC forover a decade.
Martin is a Certified PublicAccountant (CPA-T), MBA (International Banking and Finance) from Birmingham University (UK), and Certificate in Directorship from Institute of Directors in UK.
He has been associated with academic institutions in the capacity of member of council for University of Dodoma; Member of University Funding Promotion Committee of University of Dar Es Salaam.
Martin is also one of the founding Directors of Institute of Directors in Tanzania.
He lives in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania.
