Saugata is a Management Guru in Strategy, and a financial Wizard, aged 47 years, with a Top executive level working experience in three continents (America, Asia and Africa) over a period of 25 years plus. He has worked with leading Banking Groups like State Bank of India Group, ICICI Banking Group, Deutsche Post Banking Group , Citigroup and, CRDB Bank Group.
His main expertise is in Investment Banking and Project Finance, Funds Raising – International & Domestic, Valuation Modelling, Advanced Risk Metrics and Large Financial Systems deployment, Large scale IT development, Governance – Corporate & IT.
He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) from India, Fellow Management Accountant (FCMA) from India, Certified Management Accountant (USA), MBA (Finance) , PGPEx in International Business from Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta(IIMC), Practitioner Certificate in “Leading Change and Organisation Renewal” from Stanford Graduate Business School , USA, Certified Information Systems Auditor.
He is also a Governance Expert with a professional degree, Chartered Director from Institute of Directors, UK and certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (IASACA -USA).
He strongly believes in Alternative Economics and has been with Gross National Happiness movement since 2002. He has written several papers on different and varied topics from Digital Generation to customer Experience and presented in number of International Seminars.
He lives between Washington, Mumbai, Kolkata and Dar es Salaam and serves as a Board member in number of Institutions

Debashish is known as a Turnaround CEO for several business verticals in the Middle East, North Africa and Bangladesh with deep expertise in Corporate Finance, Turnaround Management, FMCG retail, Specialty Health, Supply Chain Management, and General Management. In his 22 years of experience, he has been in the management of a large Indian Conglomerate, Marico & Kaya for a long period, plus Polar, Perfetti ,Becton & Dickinson across Asia & Middle East.
Debashish is a Chartered Accountant and Cost and Management Accountant, Diploma in business finance. He graduated in Commerce (Hons.) from St.Xavier’s college ,Kolkata. He attended Asian International Executive Program (AIEP) from INSEAD, Singapore in Mar-April’08. He is also a six sigma green belt.
